Shipping & Returns

DocShop Pro only sells to licensed medical professionals. If you are not a licensed medical professional, we reserve the right to alter or cancel your order.

General

  • Standard shipping flat rate fee is $12.95 (plus any HazMat fees, special order fees, or additional shipping costs that could apply).
  • EDM3 products will include an $20 handling fee.
  • The majority of shipments are sent UPS Ground. Some smaller items are sent via USPS and may arrive in your mailbox
  • Please contact customer service at (888) 677-0306 for expedited shipping.


  • Please visit UPS and USPS for up to date information on their shipment guarantees.

Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receiving your order.

  • There is a 15% restocking fee for returns that are caused by customer errors.

  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the return shipment. Special orders, custom items, and discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. DocShop Pro will issue a return label but the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and must be in brand new condition, contain all original packing material, manuals, and warranty cards.

    Exchanges

  • Exchanges due to customer error are subject to our return policy.

  • If ordered the wrong product by mistake, must return and place a new order with the correct product.

  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the return shipment. Special orders, custom items, and discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

    Defective Products

  • Must be reported to DocShop Pro within 3 days of receiving the delivery. We require photo evidence of the damaged product(s) and photos must include all original packing materials.

  • If products are determined to be defective products, a refund will be processed within 10 business days following the completed investigation.

    Wrong Product Received

  • Must be reported to DocShop Pro within 3 days of receiving the delivery. We require photographic evidence of the wrong product and all original packing materials.

    Hazardous Materials (HazMat)

    • Hazardous materials are not returnable.

    • All orders that contain hazardous materials will incur an additional $33 shipping charge.

    Orders Over 50 lbs

    • Orders exceeding 50 lbs will incur an additional shipping fee based on weight of shipment.

    Changes to Existing Orders

  • Once an order is received, it is automatically sent to our warehouses nationwide for picking, packing, and shipping, therefore, DocShop Pro is unable to edit, modify, or change orders once submitted. All orders are final once submitted and/or are subject to our policies listed on this page.

  • Address Correction

  • Please be sure to include all-suite or apartment numbers in your shipping address. Any incorrect, or incomplete address are subject to a $17/package address correction fee.

  • Product Images

  • The product image may not match the product shipped. DocShop Pro will not issue refunds if pictures do not match products.
