Adhesive cotton flannel moleskin is the perfect remedy for blisters, corns, and other sore spots on your feet. You can use these Moleskin pads as is, or cut them to shape. Cut a doughnut shape out of the moleskin and place it around your blister or corn to protect it from rubbing on your shoe. The surrounding moleskin will absorb some of the friction and pressure caused by walking in shoes.
